Service Department

At CLEAR IT SECURITY, we believe security alarm systems are only as effective as the planning, design, equipment used and installer’s overall knowledge. We take a great deal of pride in our workmanship, attention to detail and service after the sale is made and installation is completed. Like our Installation Department, all of our Service Technicians go through background checks and drug testing prior to starting work. We strive to find ways to always say, “Yes” and exceed our customer’s expectations.

Our Service Technicians receive factory training on all types of burglar alarm, access control, and CCTV systems. We keep a number of loaner units and large replacement inventory to limit system downtime for our clients.

Our normal service hours are 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. We have technicians on call 24 hours a day in the event that an emergency call is necessary after hours or on weekends.

Maintenance Agreements are available with a number of options. They can be custom designed to meet your individual needs. For example, you can have a Maintenance Agreement to cover equipment only or one to cover repair labor only. Or, we can offer an agreement to cover both equipment and labor.

If you are having a difficult time getting your existing security service on a prompt basis, try us out. In most cases, we offer same day service if the request is made before 12 noon. If the request is made after 12 noon, the call is normally made on the next day unless an Emergency Service Fee of $50 is prepaid.
